2. Event Tickets and Registrations
All ticket sales and event registrations made through Mr Events or our authorized partners are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below:
• Event Cancellation:
If an event is canceled by Mr Events due to unforeseen circumstances (such as venue unavailability, natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures), customers will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket amount paid.
• Event Postponement:
If an event is rescheduled to a new date, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Customers unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within 7 working days of the announcement.
• Duplicate Payment:
In the event of accidental duplicate transactions, refunds will be processed after verifying both payment records.
• Technical Errors:
If a transaction fails due to a payment gateway or bank error but funds are deducted, the amount will be refunded automatically within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Sponsorships, vendor bookings, or partnership payments are non-refundable once confirmed, as event arrangements and promotional commitments begin immediately after payment.
However, Mr Events may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds in exceptional cases where services cannot be rendered due to unavoidable circumstances.
